What you’ll need

• A City Market (Kroger) digital account (you can create one free).
  
  

• Your City Market Value/Loyalty Card number or the phone number you use at checkout (Alt ID).
  
  

Desktop (recommended)

1. Go to the Community Rewards page
   citymarket.com → Community → Community Rewards. (citymarket.com)
   
   

2. Sign in or create a digital account
   
   

   • If you already have an account, click Sign In.
     
     

   • If you’re new, click Create Account and follow the prompts. (citymarket.com)
     
     

3. Open Community Rewards in your account
   Profile icon → My Account → Community Rewards. (citymarket.com)
   
   

4. Find your organization - Grand Valley Community Orchestra
   Click Search and enter the organization’s name.
   Example: “Grand Valley Community Orchestra” or code “AI495”. Then select it and click Save/Enroll. (citymarket.com)
   
   

5. Confirm you’re enrolled
   You should see your chosen organization listed under Community Rewards with status Enrolled. Eligible purchases now count whenever you use your card or Alt ID at checkout. (citymarket.com)
   
   

City Market mobile app (iOS/Android)

1. Sign in to the City Market app (create an account if needed). (citymarket.com)
   
   

2. Tap Menu (☰) → Rewards → Community Rewards.
   
   

3. Search your organization by name or NPO number → Enroll/Save. (citymarket.com)
   
   

Quick tips & troubleshooting

• No card yet? Ask for a free loyalty card at your local City Market customer service desk, then link it to your digital account.

• Purchases count after enrollment—make sure you use your card or Alt ID at checkout.
